5 months & Growing!!

Eliott has now started to eat peas, and had green beans for the first time tonight! He really loves the peas, and seemed to enjoy his beans, before they ended up all over his forhead! He has started to pick up his little 'puffs', and tries to get them in his mouth, but he doesn't quite have it down. It's amazing how each day, he gets a little bit better at it......

Here he is 'helping' me in the kitchen while I made dinner tonight. He's pretty nosey, so he enjoys watching as I hurry around trying to get something prepared, and the dishwasher unloaded, and reloaded...you all know how that goes!-It's a busy time in our house!

Mommy wasn't quite ready when Eli hollered that it was time for a bottle, so he had to feed himself for a bit! I never thought the day would come when he could hold his own bottle, and here it is!!! Just like the everyone told us they would, the milestones are flying past us!--Where does the time go!?!?!

Eliott, 4 1/2 months

Mommy had a snow day last Wednesday, so we slept in a little bit. Eli was laying next to me for the longest time, staring at me with his big eyes. The only thing that moved was his little nuk!
Here he is playing with his toys in his bedroom. He is really reaching, and grabing for things now. Of course, they all go right in his mouth! He is also now rolling from his back to his tummy, so he's getting harder to put down for a nap. The minute you lay him down, he flips over, and thinks he needs to play!!
Here is a great example of Eli fighting his nap. Daddy was supposed to be putting him down, but it looks to be the other way around!!
