Ben took Jacob and I for a ride on his little 4-wheeler. I loved it!

Our Little Man
Baby: Month 4
We've made it to the 4th month! I can't belive how fast this pregnancy is going compared to being pregnant with Eliott! I suppose it has a lot to do with the fact that he keeps us soooo busy! I have been feeling much better. I was much sicker with this baby than I was with Eli...morning sickness (more like all day, all night sickness) is so hard to get through with a job and small child! Thank God for Chad!!! He definetly was lots of help, and spent many evenings as a single parent when I could not get off the couch after work! I'm so happy that is over, now I'm just a little more tired than normal, so early bedtimes are a must. That's ok, though, because we have an early alarm clock in our house that does not "snooze"!
Your pregnancy: 16 weeks
How your baby's growing:Get ready for a growth spurt. In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length. Right now, he's about the size of an avocado: 4 1/2 inches long (head to rump) and 3 1/2 ounces. His legs are much more developed, his head is more erect than it has been, and his eyes have moved closer to the front of his head. His ears are close to their final position, too. The patterning of his scalp has begun, though his locks aren't recognizable yet. He's even started growing toenails. And there's a lot happening inside as well. For example, his heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood each day, and this amount will continue to increase as your baby continues to develop.
