Last Thursday I was so excited to be spending the day at home with the kids. We had no plans, other than going to have lunch with Daddy at work, and we were excited about that! Our neighbor was also spending the day with us, and the kids loved every minute of having him join us! He was a great helper, and the kids adored him! It was cute to look out the window, and see Ty carrying Adi across the yard:)
We went to a park in town that Eliott had never been to before, so he thought it was pretty exciting to try out all of the 'new' toys! It was crazy to me how big Eli is getting, and how he was able to climb, and slide, and swing all on his own! Such independence.....
Ty took Adi to the top of the tall slides, and then held her on his lap as they slid down together.
I sat in the grass, watching the kids, and enjoying every minute of this time with them. I'm feeling blessed to have my summer at home to do these special things:) It's hard to be gone working during the school year, so I feel we need take full advantage of being home together.
Little Bean is getting so big already! She thinks she's big too...nothing stops her or slows her down! She wants to do everything big brother ("Bubbie") does, and she does all that and more! She's our little dare-devil, climber, no-fear having little girl!! Keeps us on our toes:)
He was determined to make it across here like the 'big boys', he wouldn't give up...
By the time we left he had it masterd...Great work, little man!
